Everybody going off in the comments about Child Protective Services is only reading the title of this video and not watching it. CPS in this case stands for Chicago Public Schools. Duh.

Funding schools really isn't the problem. "No child left behind" means no consequences for the child not caring to learn or the education system not giving a damn if they do. Let's face the facts. Public schools are daycare centers and most parents are glad its virtually free.

Chicago Public Schools get s funds by the number of kids who graduate. The kids are not there to learn, but to fight and cause havoc, due to bad parenting at home. So the school, who has no power over these disruptive students, just passes them along and graduates them, when they have like a third grade level reading ability. Shame on them!!
