I lost my father last night. He was genuinely the greatest man I ever met. The greatest person, really. And he always stressed that things would be okay. There were no bad days, only good days and not as good days. He loved this song and would tell me every single time he heard it. I miss you, dad.

It's such a rarity to find songs of genuine optimism, which makes me appreciate this song a lot!

This was my moms favorite song, she isnt dead or anything, we just havnt talked in a while none of my family has really talked to her recently, she chose drugs over her family... she kicked me out of her house when i was 11 so she could move in her druggie friend. She is in treatment right now, if she goes through another relapse she wont live, We used to listen to this song when we would go on road trips but that hasn't happened in over 4 years, " I wish you knew that you where in the good ol days before they where over"- Andy Bernard, I miss my mom she just isnt that same person anymore, if you read this whole thing, have a nice day (Edit)- As of today she is in treatment in california she is trying to do better and we are all thankful for what she is doing, she still has things that she needs to fix but she is making progress and I am proud of her :)

Forever burned in my brain, my younger sister had this on after school in her room while being so ready to move out too. I think of her cool high school self laying depressed on the floor listening to this. Our home sucked, sharing mix CDs with my sister was a huge therapy. Funny how now those problems we had seemed smaller. Love you sis, this year sucked for us all.

Anytime a bad situation was ripping me apart I turned to this song and it healed me completely. Music is so god damn wonderful

Not even trauma can hold me back. I'll just keep going. Even if everything seems uncertain, keep following the path you're on. The universe has a plan for you.

This is my go to when im feeling down and suicidal. Having autism and a plethora of mental health problems isnt easy. But, this helps me float on. Everything is eventually okay.

This was my dorm room's go-to dickery song whenever we were weird and loud. One roommate, and long time best friend of mine, had to leave for mental health reasons and we all sang this in the car on our way to our fav restaurant and we all broke down so much. Now this song has so much happiness and sadness tied into it. Crying rn

I'm a thrash metal guy 99% of the time but I have always loved this song!

I haven't heard this song since I was a little kid and never knew the name or band. Now I've been going through my dad's music collection, I've found it. This brought tears to my eyes in memory of the good times of life.
