This is my v customised, personal weekly reset so some of it isn't gonna resonate with you - BUT take bits and pieces, butcher it, and make your own weekly reset.

    I don't know if this could help any of you, but when you talked about clearing your handbag, I felt like sharing this: I have a little shelf where I put all the stuff I regularly take with me (wallet, water bottle, keys) so when I use different bags, my things don't get lost.     I started doing a weekly reset on Fridays and it's made SUCH a huge difference - if I complete the checklist, I'm all set for the upcoming week and because I do it on Fridays it leaves the weekend completely free to do whatever I want as opposed to using it to "catch up."

    Great great great tips! One thing that really helps me to reset before a new week starts is that on Sunday late afternoon I prepare myself for the new week by washing my hair, doing my nails, preparing my wardrobe (possibly for the whole week or at least for the next day) and all the accessories, and going to bed early. This way I am not stressed about not getting enough sleep before the new week starts.

    I love how your videos inspire instead of judge! I have subscribed to some other channels like yours which are about being organised, being the best you, personal growth etc, and some channels just make me feel shit for not doing everything perfect, like not getting up early everyday and stuff, but you just inspire me and make me feel excited about trying new things to improve my life, instead of making me feel bad about it.
