There have been four confirmed tornadoes and 23 tornado warnings in North Carolina since midnight. A 60-year-old man was killed when a tornado passed over his home early Thursday morning in Wilson County. Crews rescued three children who were clinging to a tree in Raleigh after getting caught up in swift moving water along Marsh Creek.
