The game of Basketball has been my passion since I was 5 years old. I grew up as a kid watching my dad's recorded VHS tapes of playoff games through the 70s and 80s, and collected all the Basketball cards. Something about the game and what it represents just hooked me from a very young age.
My love for the game only continues to grow as time goes on. I love studying and analyzing the game, with an unbiased perspective. Feel free to subscribe, follow me on social media, and celebrate this amazing game and it's rich history with me!
I post videos every week on NBA history, predictions, hypothetical scenarios and current NBA topics.

The whole situation with Jerry West is really sad and pathetic. i cant beleivee the treatment he has recieved. You summed the whole overall picture up beautifully. Thank You.
  • @DKtrek21
Oh the famous big three of Kobe, Shaq and David Stern.😂
  • @ejkboxing
All of those phantom fouls called on the Kings proved that series was rigged.

This video is SUPERB & the Jerry West segment is SPECIAL . This should urge the Lakers to change their attitude & this video should be played at his funeral.
  • @JamesSmith-ov5um
Loved what you had to say about Jerry West as a 31 year old black male that constantly here’s about unathletic white players from that era. I also had no idea about the foul on Hubert Davis by Pippen in the playoffs. Great work!

I remember when they released the greatest 75 player list a bunch of players and personalities had a draft to pick guys from the list and a few wild cards... It was shaq barkley reggie sue bird a celebrity and a social media guy i think, cant really recall all of them but Jerry said at one point kinda unnoticed something like "this was really fun, i hope you guys do this again for the top 100 players but i prolly won't be around for that" and it was just heart breaking, he really loves basketball and the fact that the thing he loves isnt returning the favor is just rough to deal with

To sum up the video, David Stern was a terrible Commissioner since all of this controversy happened under his watch. Him rigging in favor of the Lakers in the early 2000s, his paranoia after the malice in the palace, his fear of the small market teams boycotting the NBA with just a single trade really cost a lot of history-changing events that would've affected legacies of many all-time greats. Imagine if the Kobe-Shaq duo didn't three-peated, Cwebb a champion and squash his negative post-season stigma, Nash being a champion after a controversial b2b MVPs, Kobe being a part of a modern superteam with a possibility of facing the Miami superteam led by one of his rivals, LeBron.

As a lifelong Lakers fan that had the honor of witnessing Jerry West play for much of his Lakers career I can attest to his greatness. Had there been a 3 point line Jerry would have easily averaged 35 + ppg for his career. He was by far the best defensive 2 in the league, always guarding the opponents best guard or small forward in addition to putting up 30 points night in and night out.

a major part of the chris paul trade veto is that the nba was desperate to find an owner for the small market hornets team. vetoing the cp3 likely helped to convince tom benson to purchase the organization in the subsequent summer.

Wow. I just realized that Tim Donaghy took the dreams of my best friend and flushed them down the toilet. In 2002, we had no idea. He passed away about 4 years later, never seeing Sacramento win it all and never knowing they only lost to the Lakers due to cheating. I'm sorry, Jeremy. I wish we could've seen it happen, my brother. Rest in Peace 🙏❤️
  • @Derpfriar
MJ would never disrespect Mr West.
  • @tylerwest5623
Watching the 06 finals as a kid had a major impact on me as a kid. It’s what got me to start questioning everything. That series was a complete joke. The nba is a disservice to the game of basketball

NBA,nfl, mlb, nhl, soccer, boxing, mma…At least wwe ADMITS it’s sports entertainment 😂
  • @Shawn-ho6de
Man....as a kid I loved that Kings team...still do. They never won but it sure was fun watching Sacramento go against LA and the western conference. Good memories!
  • @STONESGAM
76ers vs Bucks 2001 ECF and Lakers vs Kings WCF also in the 2000's was some of the shadiest and rigged officiating I've ever seen. I feel like that whole early 2000's era was very shady the league clearly wanted the Lakers vs a major East Coast city every year for the finals especially after the Bulls and Michael Jordan were no more.
  • @KingChris0306
Anthiny Davis' reaction go Jokic's 3pt going in will never get old.. You can FEEL the hopelessness
  • @imdbtruth
Jerry West and Bob Cousy had timeless games that would translate to any era! Fans should respect these great players!
