In this video I am showcasing a simple vegetarian diet that you could follow to achieve ideal bodyweight and overall health. Please note that the results may vary from person to person and one must modify the diet as per their requirements.

Common allergies on this diet: Mushroom allergy, Lactose intolerance (paneer allergy), yeast allergy.

Soya Paneer and mushroom recipe: In a Kadhai put 1 tbsp of ghee. Let the ghee heat and add jeera, chopped garlic and green chilli. Add curry leaves. 20-30 secs let it cook. Now add chopped onions and sauté till golden. Now add mushroom and give it a good mix. Immediately add salt and turmeric and cover the pan on low flame and Let the mushroom give out all its water in 5mins. Add chopped bell peppers and let it cook for 3-4mins. Now add spices of your choice (red chilli powder, garam masala, dhaniya powder and pepper). Now add paneer cubes and soya wadi and give it a mix. Cover the pan for 3-5 mins and done.

    Actually fish gets omega 3 from vegetarian sources. Sesame and flax seeds are great sources of omega 3 fatty acids.also natural food will help in better absorption of nutrients than from supplements.
