    ahhhh i enjoyed this so much! thank u for your refreshing take on this! some thoughts i had: 1. yeaasss riot grrrl! i loved learning about their impact on women in music 2. very interesting point with how as women when we adapt masculine traits it is still exclusive to cis thin straight women, i even find myself unintentionally aspiring to these women especially through social media 3. "the less marginalized you are, the more accepting society is of you breaking the norm" PREACHHH 4. totally agree that babygirl is still somewhat limiting and conforms to toxic masculinity in a gentler/swifter way... i agree that there needs to be more of an intersectional lens ! curious to know what next trend could validate or continue to go against this value.... hmmmmm i never knew the double-sided impact that the term babygirl can have especially in media, thank you for this video essay !! 💓
