Raz is the kinda guy who'd stay up all night talking with you about your problems and trying to help you through them, but then turn around and light someone on fire and feel no remorse and that's why i love him.

I love how Raz can both hold a gun AND swear in the first game. The past was truly a whole different world.

Raz is probably seriously sleep deprived from two and a half whole games over the course of like a week

the joke of "how many numbers am I thinking of" is funny enough and then "purple?" "close enough!" it's just two slaps to the face

Both Raz from the original game and 2 are capable of great feats of confidence, but Raz from 2 has a lot of moments where he sounds kinda like he's about to cry.

I love that raz's VA was also Zim's VA so anytime I hear Raz screaming or shouting I picture zim and it's hilarious

Something I notice is that Raz's goggles are apparently something entirely his own. None of the rest of his family wear goggles, so it can't be an old circus thing he picked up. None of the other psychonauts wear goggles so it can't be something he picked up reading magazine.

Jeez, the writing for both games was on another level. They managed to make Raz confident, funny, mature but also self-doubting, dorky and childish at the same time. He feels like such a real human being.
