This is proof it is possible to make a slasher film without annoying, one-dimensional teens whose whole identities are based on sex, drugs and alcohol. This is amazing.

I feel like short films and fan films should exhibit in the Movie Theater Chains as a theatrical short to showcase up n coming independent filmmakers cause these guys who did this movie deserve so much love and admiration and recognition for the love and passion they have in putting this film earning absolutely nothing all labor of love.... these are game changers in the movie industry my friend it's time to rise up the indy revolution

What I love about this Jason is that his mask is FEATURELESS…no red marks, no axe mark….just a hockey mask…symbolizing that this Jason isn’t the same one we know….he’s a Jason that is new…and improved from the looks of it…. And another thing…a lot of survivors that are from Friday the 13th don’t react enough and just die (except a few like tommy) but this guy (Kyle) has guts, instincts and survival…it made me love this character…especially his hiking youtubish personality! ^^ You guys keep making content! You guys made a Good Friday the 13th fan film…it’s so good I WISH it’s canon…

Okay, but the unexpected Tommy Jarvis visit got us all HYPED when we first watched this. - I also love how they made Jason actually fast and somewhat calculated in this too instead of him just stomping around and caveman-ish like in the old films lmao.

The acting is so great, the physical effects top notch. The character is realistic, and the story is unique within the Friday the 13th universe, and it is overall better than 95% of the slasher films I've seen in years. Even the score, cinematography and editing are superb. No complaints. This deserves to be a feature film. I'm excited to see what else this director will do.

Why was a half found footage, low as hell budget YouTube crowdfunded movie not only one of the best sequels in the series, but also one of the best atmospheric, legit tens, pretty damn well acted from all involved and flat out scary movies in the series!! This should not be good but by god it's amazing and hard to even tell this was low budget youtube fan made! Truly feels like something a big studio made with a few million as a teaser prologue type film for a upcoming big movie. Take note Hollywood fans are getting pissed at half ass bad remakes and showing you up with literally the change under the sofa! Fuck this was awesome

You should seriously make a sequel to this fanfilm. Like, not even joking, this needs a continuation.

All I can say is wow! This film is amazing. It's actually so good that it ranks higher than a lot of the actual Friday the 13th movies in my favorites list. You guys definitely have something special here. Sean Cunningham and Victor Miller need to take notice and reach out to the individuals who made this film in an effort to bring something like this to the big screen.

This has become one of my favorite short films, I don't get tired of watching it.

Can we appreciate how proactive and competent Kyle is? He doesn't just scream and run away; he actually goes back instead of risking death by infection, hides when he can, and fights back when he has to.

I have never seen a full Friday The 13th movie, but after this I will. This is absolutely amazing. I was so invested in the movie and all the characters. Jason is actually scary in this. I love this movie. Great cinematography, action, makeup, special effects, music, everything. And to top it all off, its free. If I where to buy a ticket and watch this in theaters, I would leave EXTREAMLY satisfied. I only wish this movie was longer

This is by far Jason’s fastest victim. That fact that he was literally fighting with Jason and was winning was insane. Bro was literally dodging all of his attacks like it was nothing. He is probably on Teenage Tommy Jarvis’s level of fighting.
