How to Bunch Hardneck Garlic

Published 2019-10-30
This is our preferred method of bunching our hardneck garlic for a beautiful display. If you take care in bending the necks a little so they fit closely together and arrange the heads neatly, you can end up with a really attractive end product.

Best hard neck garlic video I've seen. Excellent. Heading outside now to give it a try.
  • Great tutorial for garlic bunching. Years ago garlic vendors at a German market used to add dried flowers to their braids and bundles. It made a very aesthetic finish.
  • 日本のやり方とは違って出来上がりが素敵で参考に致します。 有難うございます。

This is a really good demonstration and your technique is really good. I cant wait to let my garlic cure so that I can do the same.

Such a great instructional video ruined by the absolutely horrendous and loud music. You could have spoken instead of the subtitles but even just the rustling of the garlic along with your breathing would have been infinitely better than the shopping channel type muzak.
