Nowhere does the charge list against BIbi mention, the indiscriminate bombing of civilian population centres, hospitals, the desecration of Graveyards, the targeting and killing of medical personnel. The wilful murder of neonates and infants, the deprivation of patients, women and children from much needed medical facilities and support. The deaths of infants in incubators, the targeting of international support staff, the 3 British world kitchen members. The naval and border blockade of aid, the indiscriminate killing of Palestinians as they tried to collect air dropped supplies and water. The use of modern ballistic weaponry which goes against the Geneva convention. Does all of this really come under murder, which to me at least is oversimplified.
