Is Meghan Markle in a jam?
The Duchess of Sussex announced the launch of her lifestyle label American Riviera Orchard back in March — but more than four months on there’s still no word on when the brand’s products will hit shelves.
Markle, 42, released a slick Instagram video unveiling her high-end brand on Mar. 14, which will purportedly produce gourmet jam and dog biscuits.
But while fans have been left in the dark ever since, brand experts believe there’s a “strategic” reason the royal is waiting for the items to go on sale.

The Prince of Wales has made a private visit to MI6, with the details shrouded in secrecy.
Prince William met with the Secret Intelligence Service, which deals with foreign intelligence and protects the UK from risks abroad, on Thursday afternoon.
The visit was not publicised in advance and only appeared afterwards in the Court Circular, the daily list of official royal engagements, which is published the next day.
It is not known whether the prince met MI6 boss Sir Richard Moore, codenamed “C”.

She's got no Trademarks, no backers, no suppliers, no supply chain. WHy would Netflix step out of comfort zone, themselves with no experience in this area, to help her.

Heard her trademarks could take over a year to get. She also needs food licenses. She also needs to produce products in bulk. She needs someone to organize and do all this work. Does she have financial backers? Will she have all these steps in place by the time her tv show launches? Heard Netflix is asking for tweaks to the cooking show. Netflix is not going to run Riviera Orchard.

If M goes with the Jam doesn't the FDA get involved. Labels need to show everything in the jar. Expiration date. All that good stuff. Those jars and labels can't be what she sent out to her friends. M is friends with Bobbi Brown. Gwyneth Paltrow ignored her, so did Reese Witherspoon and Cameron Diaz. They snuck out and went to Gwen's party and MM was not invited. Reporting is true. MM had a problem getting investors and allegedly she has a problem with her trademark paperwork.

I used to male all my own jams, jellies, etc. Pretty easy. Can't imagine buying hers, which I'm sure are white-labeled & any label slapped on it.
