A Sunny Weekday Afternoon on the Culver Elevated + TGC!

I heard some trains were going express on the el so I went out to catch one. Also a set of R211As were supposed to transfer to Pitkin. Neither ended up happening, but still a beautiful day out on the Culver Elevated. Includes a variety of Jamaica R160 cars running local patterns and terminating/entering service at Kings Highway. 18th Avenue, Kings Highway, Avenue X, Neptune Avenue, and shots of Coney Island Yard. A track geometry car passed southbound at Kings Highway after switching to the local track to avoid several trains on the middle track, where it continued likely to the yard. An R42 garbage train passed southbound on the middle track just after the end of the video, but I didn't catch it. Usually it comes later. The car with the big A rollsign was leading, the one from the final run.

I really hope to see when the CBTC & track replacement project is complete it would make the way for the
Peak Express train would operate on the McDonald Line as an express during AM/PM rush when more of the R211A being deployed on the (A) & (E) and have the R160 fleet on the (E) Line to deploy on the (F) & Line. -
