This is the Beltra Enduro 24 T. It has no hand brake. Turns on a dollar. It's like steering a very big boat with a very tiny rudder. And this is the second of two "Time Attacks." The idea is to make the laps in a shorter time than the competition, which sounds like, y'know, a regular race. The only difference I can see is that you're always chasing more cars and never getting ahead of them.
