13:01 Definitely a quesadilla. Also, the mushy, baked Mac & cheese is a northern thing. I’m from the northeastern part of the US, but have lived in several states….including down south. Up home the baked Mac & cheese is soft, but when I was living in the south it was al dente. I like both, but grew up on the softer texture…that’s how my mom made it. I make it al dente, because … culinary school. 😂
