I think that all the states that have legalized marijuana should do that. It doesn't make sense to keep someone in prison for something that is now legal.

Thank God! At last. MJ is legal now and should have been then. Even today in legal Colorado, people can't even get a job because they have a criminal record. Don't JUST release them. Clear their names.

Why did it take this long? Didn't MD totally legalize this last year? This has been a tragedy for many decades. So many lives ruined. ...... Ok. I see now. They wanted to try and do the best job with this possible and get it through the legislature, etc.

I wish more governors would do this at the state level. Everyone knows Biden would never do this at a federal level 👍🏾
