As infants, Elizabeth and Amber were placed in different homes and adopted by separate families. They were estranged from their biological mother (Gail) who was battling addiction and facing criminal charges.
Elizabeth and Amber were Irish twins (a little over one year apart in age) and had never been in the same room as Gail at the same time.
In 2018 Amber and Elizabeth met in person for the first time and had formed a close sister bond. Although Elizabeth had been in contact with Gail, up until now, Amber had not seen her biological mother in person in over 30 years.
This is the beautiful redemptive story of that reunion between Amber and Gail. Their hope in sharing publically is to provide encouragement to those who may not have a traditional legacy.

My lord her daughters are STUNNING ! 5 hr ago we had to have our beautiful fur daughter put down after 14 wonderful years together . I love your beautiful soul! Do you know the meaning of Elizabeth? It is by far a powerful name with so much meaning, it translates to God's oath and God's promise. He was present in the beginning of this journey and he is such a powerful creater, he placed your circle back together with such powerful connections. He is giving you grandbabies in return to fill your heart and soul! What love and beauty I see in your story! I am a mother by adoption, my daughter is Elizabeth and as I watch her grow her story unfolds. We chose to have an open relationship with her birth family. Today we will visit them and celebrate a birthday. Elizabeth doesn't know her story, but I am creating memories and building bonds with her and for her! One day I will share the title of Mom with another beautiful soul. My Elizabeth is a gift and on loan, I would be selfish to deprive her of her roots. So I share her and love her to no end!
