So, you'll have noticed we changed some of the lyrics. Let us explain:

In this AU, Marinette never tells Adrien she is Ladybug, and he never finds out. However, Marinette does eventually confess her feelings, and because Adrien doesn't want to hurt her, he agrees to date her.

She 'loves him and adores him', but he doesn't reciprocate her feelings. Eventually, Marinette gets so frustrated that she ends up abandoning the Ladybug persona all together (despite Tikki's protests) and, due to her singing voice, bedomes a famous popstar, eventually moving away from Paris. Until, one night, she performs at a club...where Adrien happens to be.
