Qi gong, breathWork, reading t Bible, journaling,when i need to express deep prayers, I light a candle to represent Jesus , the light of t world, my diet is disciplined: no junk food/drink...I listen to my body,talk to my body for healing I still have to learn more...for this spiritual journey for t 5D shift ..it's awesome when in t middle of.the night I find myself shivering- changing from carbon to crystalline body?? My dreams are vivid, must write them down. I keep on,singing hymns, especially my childhood songs of Faith..oh so much learning & un😮 learning,. Am. e xcited
