This might be hands down one of the best video's regarding YouTube content creation I've ever watched, the only thing holding you back is the niche. This video should have well over 1 million views, but sadly a majority of consumers on YouTube don't plan to start their own channel, they just want to consume content. Regardless, keep it up!
