This show is underrated, but Manic is the greatest character in this universe.

The takeaway here is that Manic is essentially Batman with The Flash's personality, and Sonic is basically The Flash without the scientific know-how.

Manic is one of my favourite characters just on idea alone

this show was my introduction to Sonic, as like--a 2 year old. I'm now a hard-core sonic fan.

Manic was having too much fun defeating his mirror universe doppelganger. Especially the part where he was visibly steering the vacuum around with a joystick.

I grew up watching Sonic Underground as well as playing every single Sonic game that was available, so I always considered Sonia and Manic as official characters (I always wondered why they weren't in the games though). Plus, I was more attached to the Sonic Underground universe because, back when I was a kid, I had difficulty understanding English, and the only time I understood a Sonic story was in, of course, Sonic Underground (due of it being originally French). Manic has always been one of my favorite Sonic characters and I remember often roleplaying with my big sister (she was Sonic and I was Manic). Manic is such a sweet, cute and caring character at the same time of being quite cool and intelligent. In my opinion, he's the most interesting character, because he has no "special powers" like his siblings, but he's bright enough and manually skilled to get the others out of trouble. Manic has the sweetest personality out of all characters too.

Manic is tied with tails for my favorite sonic character.

Manic's pretty cool. If he and Sonia were featured in games with their brother, the 3 of them would be unbeatable.
