If you recline the seat more, it will be able to rest better over the cushion. I have this problem when strange people goes in the back and leaves the seat belt thing to low.

Its actually not the issue. The issue is the cabin pressure vents behind the boot paneling on both side.

Over 40 miles an hour wind sound like loose wires in the ceiling of the back of the car

If you're not using them, fasten them in the buckle......

Buckle the seat belt if nobody is in the back seat.

Ioniq 5 has the same problem, however if you turn the belt it solved the problem. I see that yours is a little different. What happened to your rear Centre rear arm rest?

This is very annoying and has happened to my EV6. More noticeable on such a quiet car.
