RC into taunt It gets you absolutely no Oki, but it does do enough mental damage to win you the set

Some advice, when you get another Charged Dust Follow Through, a fantastic combo; albeit simple, is H - j. - H - S - H - j. - H - H. Make sure to hold Forward the whole time or else the H's won't connect. In Dust combos you get two cancels, however they can't be used back to back or after a single move; at least thats my understanding of em anyway, not sure on the specifics but that's the best combo for damage.
