This is unmistakenly Disney pulling a desperation card. But it’s warranted. With the way, they have been building up Kang and the whole controversy with Jonathan Majors even if you recast him at this point in the current saga he would just feel like a B tier villain in an avengers movie. I am for this. I think there is a lot of positives for it, but they have to nail it with every opportunity they have. This is basically a high risk, high reward, move they’re making.
