I'd like to add a word of caution as an affected person myself: don't consume st. john's wort when you are taking antidepressants! It might cause Serotonin Syndrome :)

Ohhhh the Fae are working overtime in my garden this year! Soooo many Volunteers! Redoing my wards for the house tomorrow before Litha. The Dead like us too much, I'd rather just have our family visit. So excited for Litha!

I was raised and still live in the United States my Momma and I when I was little used to make clovers crowns with the little white flowers on them I also used to wear flower crowns π with different color ribbons hang down from them.β€ great childhood memories π

Our midsummer will.include about 12 of us. There will be lots seafood and dishes made with strawberry because this solstice falls on the strawberry moon. We meditate, pull cards, share poetry and have a bon fire. There is wine for those who desire.

A caution with st John's wort it is a blood thinner so don't take in if you are having a surgery soon my mother friend almost died cause she didn't tell her doctor she was on it.
