I was lucky enough to be there when they announced their retirement. Used to see them in Ocean City, MD - 1980s and then in Baltimore in the 1990s. Year after year they engaged and worked the crowd like no other band. They self-produced a record, went to it and set the blueprint for other atists to follow. Enjoy retirement. Kix - you are missed AND your music lives on.... Thank you for all you've done.

Most underrated band of the 80's...easily. Good on them going out on their own terms.

Saw them in 2017. Waited since the first cassette as I discovered them from day 1 of their great career. Will miss them. They are in my Top 10 of all time somewhere around #4.....love The Itch and Walkin Away the most! But all Kix is great! They are slapping here!!
