The reality is she decided to call it quits because (1) her ratings have crashed and (2) her "nice girl" persona has been damaged over allegations of staff mistreatment.

250 employees, but the allegations were agains the guys at the top who were in touch with her if not on daily most likely on a weekly basis. Why deny your own responsibility and pretend that she was clueless! The worst approach, that guarantees she will not recover
