We hated the frozen one. Way too sweet. We LOVED the hot one, though. So good! Drinking hot butter beer in the leaky cauldron during a rain storm is my favorite memory from our last trip.

Almost a half hour all about butterbeer?! Yes! As someone who doesnāt like soda, the fact that there are so many other butterbeer varieties and treats makes me so happy. I think the hot butterbeer is my all time fave. Itās just so comforting.

The potted cream looks just like the Pot De Creme I used to serve when I worked in fine dining. Butterscotch cream with caramel, whipped cream and here's what was missing, a sprinkle of Maldon Sea Salt Trust me, it makes all the difference
