These people called Neld from India, changed her password, and then thought they would dump Neld and have control of the computer when Neld insisted they change it back, which they refused to do. Disgusting. This was not a scambait call, this was Indians calling older Americans with the intention of taking over their computers

ByresKart is run by some Punjabi Indian family. Lady named JasPal Kaur is a Sikh Punjabi from Delhi/Noida or Punjab. I encountered them as fake McAfee in July 2023
