Thank you so much for this. You donโt understand how much I needed to hear this!! Iโve been fighting for so long I donโt know who I am anymore but something in me keeps going no matter what Iโm going through. Iโve lost most my family and friends to death Iโve split from my partner and miss my son so much. And most days I struggle to look at people or even get out of bed, but that spark keeps me pushing through the darkness and one day I might see that little light shining back at me again

Man itโs like youโve ripped this from my very soul. Iโve been so close to the brink lately. But I have to keep going and I canโt/wonโt give life the sick pleasure of making me another statistic. The world has an epidemic of losing too many good men by their own sword right now. Iโve got kids to keep me going, but sometimes that doesnโt even feel like enough. I wont give up .... I have chronic disease that start give me pain....always when I start workout I hate it....but I dont care anymore I must continue workout I cant stop because if I stop I lose my muscular body...I love workout, but one thing what give me motivation, when my doctor say I can continue workout and I dont need to fear pain
