I'll have to try that recipe it looked awesome, but you might want to check the label on that Kraft Parmesan cheese, it contains cellulose powder, used as an anti-clumping agent. Cellulose powder is essentially wood dust. You can find other brands of grated Parmesan that don't contain cellulose.
