Continued heavy rains causing multiple water rescues in Lycoming County and surrounding areas. This afternoon we recorded this video in Trout Run near the end of the exit ramp of Route 15 at the Trout Run exit.
There are a number of stranded Trout Run residents on the exit ramp who, as recording this, weren't able to return home.
Also fast moving water is crossing Route 15 south bound (shown at the end of the video). Trucks and cars are moving at speed through the water because there's no warning for vehicles to slow down prior to the water.
