As a Norwegian and one of probably billions of World citizens all across our planet who were watching, aghast, the attack on USA's Capitol unfolding on live TV before our very eyes, it has been quite disturbing, and frankly depressing, to behold how it even was up for discussion whether trump is suitable to be on the ballot or not. And the ruling on that, by USA's so-called Supreme Court, is downright abominable.

It was pretty embarrassing what that Senator did giving a US Folded Flag to someywho just got released from prison for breaking the law!! A disgrace for our Nation

People have done things less than Jan 6 and get put behind bars for years

People who are behind bars for way less are still serving time

I'm living in Brazil. Something extremely similar happened here. The main difference is that almost every single person involved went straight into jail, most of them in the same buses that took them to invade the Congress. People involved in the logistics and finances of that operation are being processed. Former President seems to be heavily involved. America, supposedly the so called Leader of the Free World, still is trying to figure out if they will apply their own laws. This is a precarious situation for your system. No democracy is free to the risk of a dictatorship.

From January 6 through January 20, 2020, Trump still had 2 weeks in office to pardon his "hostages", himself. Didn't he say it was really really easy?

If Trump wanted to pardon them he would have done it before leaving office instead of throwing more hissy fits. He doesn't care about them at all.

Jordan knocked it out of the park again! And re that Tucker Carlson clip: The January 6 protesters revered the Capitol so much they broke the doors, busted the windows and urinated and defecated in the halls of the building. If that's reverence, I'd hate to see what their idea of disdain is.

As a Dane, it is unbelievably worrying how little knowledge and respect many Americans have for their own democracy. As in any respectable democracy, Danes have different opinions and priorities that must be discussed in order to find solutions, but no one is close to giving up or reducing democracy for that reason. If we had a "politician" who behaved like Trump, Danes would immediately throw him out with the bathwater.

Klepper has been killing it for years. Him and Desi seriously deserve the keys to this show.
