Honestly, Inosuke is lowkey a prodigy, and a genius. Think about it, he was raised in the mountains by boars, and was basically taught how to speak by two random people. He was also the second person to EVER create a breathing style from scratch, the only other person who did that was Yoriichi himself. Every other breathing styles were offshoots of other breathing styles, like how love breathing is an offshoot of fire breathing, and how sound breathing is an offshoot of thunder breathing. It just so happened to be that beast breathing was similar to wind breathing.
