    I’m a Texan. I’m a republican. I think it’s ridiculous that a plant is still illegal.

The freedom state. Where murderers get pardoned and weed is the devil

My Mother was killed by a Cannabis plant. It came right at us. It crawled out of it's pot, and choked her . I tried to help her, but the Cannabis plant was too strong... TO STRONG!!!!

KEEP IT LEGAL ITS SAFER THAN ALCOHOL AND IS 100% NATURAL, KEEP THCA LEGAL, KEEP CBD LEGAL, ITS SIMPLE, ITS SAFER THAN GETTING ADDICTED TO PRESCRIPTIONS. ITS YOUR CHOICE TEXAS. NEVER OURS...

As a Texas native......the state needs to grow TF up and make it legal!!! This is ridiculous already!
  • It's the same as when alchohol was illegal and folks that wanted a drink were drinking moonshine instead. Legalize it already. This fight is lame, predatory and fiscally irresponsible.

Growers are cutting down medical marijuana 3-4 weeks early to pass the delta nine test. but they are able to have over 20% THCA

Don't matter I'll still smoke and give my tax money to New Mexico and or Colorado, Texas will never legalize cannabis and the citizens will never have a say.
  • @crismartinez1642
Texas is the most hypothetical state in the nation. They will pick and choose which federal laws they enforce . 🤣

Citizens want it legal . Why is it illegal ? Its harmless.

I had a open prescription for 850mg hydrocodone and I was going through a bottle of 30 in 3 days. Until decided to switch to a so-called illegal drug. I still deal with pain every day the treatment stays the same but chronic pain is not recognized under the Texas Compassionate Care. Now Texas is trying to take Delta 8 and 9. I guess they want everybody strung out on painkillers.
  • Which is a good thing, as cannabis is actually beneficial. And more people are realising that alcohol is actually a toxic poison.

Why do we not call alcohol a drug? Can't have one segment on weed without calling it a drug. It grows naturally not a drug anymore than hops.
  • @JoshL1976
We do not need politicians . The people want weed.legal . The people gave spoken. . Politicians who work for the Treasury and WEF do not represent the People at all.

Schedule 3 is still an incorrect scheduling🤦 alcohol is closer to schedule 1 than cannabis is a schedule 3 edit: DE-schedule it
