Sheepdog Says #107 - Lost Half a Stone!

Published 2018-06-25
I saw my doctor tonight for a catch up on my testosterone treatment and things seem to be going well. I've lost half a stone, gained some muscle, and generally feel healthier albeit a little tired lately.

Well done man. Any loss is a good thing!
  • Congratulations on your weight loss of 7lbs., that is a great start. I find for myself that walking is the best exercise to begin with. Walk only a short distance at first and build yourself up to longer distances when your body is ready. Walking keeps you out of the kitchen and for me takes my appetite away. My worse downfall is night eating. You also will find that portion control is a big factor in losing weight and keeping it off. Treats and foods that aren't a good idea to eat, have to be a cheat food once in awhile. If not you will give up all together. Walking is fun for the whole family and good for your body. Be sure to do some kind of exercise before you start the football workouts. You could find yourself in trouble if you push your body to much to fast. That goes for Kev too. 🇺🇸

Defo do the football! If you start working out a little bit with your T Gel it will probably help loads with the definition. Slimming world works so well, look into it. There are 20-30 year old guys doing it, look on instagram. It’s THE diet. Even if you start using it as a guide and doing it yourself, you don’t need the meetings unless the classes and guilt will help with motivation. 😆

Can you not add a long walk to your exercising? Maybe at lunch time?
