Managing Anger, Frustration, and Persecution with the Biblical Narrative

Published 2024-07-30
Anger and frustration are emotions that are innately built into the human experience. How we process it express these feelings is more telling than the emotions themselves. In the face of persecution, potential emotional reactions become more common since there can be a perceived attack on our identity which leads us to take things quite personally.

But what does the biblical narrative have to say about this? What is the standard of self-accountability that the Bible is calling us to, and ultimately that Jesus Christ is calling us to?

I hope for this video to be a note of encouragement, inspiration, and hope for believers primarily (as I do read more scripture than I normally do in my videos). If there are nonbelievers that stick around and watch this, I’d love to hear your thoughts and reflections.

Let’s dive in!
