I was construction manager for this project. I was working on a report when an exceptionally heavy rainstorm came up. The rain was so heavy I decided to record some of it. I stood up from my desk and recorded out the windows of office my trailer then went to the engineers trailer where I found our Local National Electrical Engineer working on the projects electrical design in preparation for an upcoming site visit and electrical installation review. We had experienced heavy rain before but I had never videoed it before that day in March 2008.
