    You asked me about the spiritual/ body connection… I can’t believe how much they talk about the interrelationship between spirituality, the body and aging… and how aging is a consequence of the wrong mindset, which is completely consistent with modern day epigenetics… but I can’t think of one existing spiritual guru who is living proof of these teachings and I don’t say that disrespectfully … but this volume and these lessons are full of GOLD! Thank you
