Meet the Drug Lords: Inside the Real Narcos | Mexico, Colombia, Peru

No-Go Zones - Khayelitsha, South Africa:    • No-Go Zones | Khayelitsha, South Afri...

As an elite Special Forces soldier, Jason Fox hunted down drug lords around the world. In this bold new three-part series, he faces a different challenge: to meet the kind of people he was once sent to take out—from traffickers to cartel enforcers, assassins to underworld kingpins—to understand them, how they think, what makes them do what they do, their dreams and their fears.

More cynical about the role he once played, Jason travels through Mexico, Colombia, and Peru to reveal the hidden worlds of cartel criminality and drugs that he was once tasked with destroying.

Whenever I watch these cartel documentaries I can’t help but notice how HANDSOME some of these men are! 🤷‍♀️😂🔥
  • It’s no joke people!! Getting down on the ground among the C members is madness and requires more than just steel balls. With no certainty whether Fox and team will return in one single piece is no joke. It’s unbelievable that Fox and team did it!! Salutes!😲😲🫡
  • This reporter reminds me of a guy who was Australian special forces … I’m pretty sure it’s him… yes it is him … he battles with the soldiers burdens but he leads by example & stays in shape & does great reporting … amazing work .. love it! Life after war is never the same but if you can find a way to do what you want god bless you.. Jason fox!

Wow, Jason is absolutely on point! The situations he puts himself in and then he's allowed to interview murderers, farmers, and everyone in between.. It's fascinating to watch! But then you think about the reality of the situation and think about the risks.. Jason, you deserve some awards, Sir!! I'm going to read your book now and find your other work, you're an absolute Savage!! Thank you!

Mushrooms did wonders in my life. Over the course of my life, I've suffered from uncontrollable, depression, anxiety, alcohol, smoking, and illicit pills addiction. Imagine carving heavy chains for a long time and then all of a sudden that burden is gone. This is something that really needs to be used globally to help people with similar health challenges. I've been sober for 6 years and have my life back.

Came here after reading the last few chapters of Jason's book 'Battle Scars', really happy and glad to see how Jason miraculously puts his previous military experience (which he suffers from) into adrenaline shows and actions helping himself to recover from his PTSD.

I love this channel! No politics involved, just facts and tells the story.

This was one of the most interesting docu's i've seen on this subject. Hope that Foxxy has done or will do more docs in the future!

I'm amazed at the fact they would share so much of their secrets considering all the factors they have stacked against them, really good documentary, kudos to the bravery to all those involved on all sides.

Guero a real one. You can tell by the look in his eyes he didn't "choose" that life.

This reminds me of Queen of the South. Teresa Mendoza, Camilla Vargas, Don Epifano.
  • The USA knows Mexico wouldn't be the only one they would be fighting the war on drugs. America's own allies would turn against them if they attempted to completely demolish the drug trade. It's sad to see Americans blame other countries when America is their #1 Consumers in the world,
