What if the force showed Dooku early on how Palpatine would betray him in the end, and he decided to play a long-con by either not having the clones programed with order 66 or by swapping order 65 and 66 around.

What if Palpatine actually cared about Anakin and loved him like a son? Not that this makes him good, he just has a paternal soft spot for the chosen one. Would this eventually erode his mastery of the dark side? How would this affect his dynamic with Vader post ROTS? Would he go out of his way to protect those Anakin cared about like Padme, Ahsoka, ect...? Would he treat Vader as a sucessor and prepare him for that role? So many possibilities...

The Jedi knew about the different orders. As soon as Anakin told Windu about Palpatine, an evacuation order should have been enacted.

Unfortunately for me I can ACTUALLY see this story to be canonically true and accurate. Great story Day 79 of my list. What if; Anakin never gave into his feelings for Padme (Pentre Patrol did his version), Aayla Secura was the chosen one and became Darth Talon, Shme Skywalker was adopted by the Tusken Raiders, Boba Fett saved his Tusken family, Count Dooku was a regular count for the CIS, Jabba the Hutt supported the Jedi at the Start of the Clone Wars, and finally, what if Sabine and Ezra fell in love?
