Mark tries to outrageously walk 100,000 steps in a day, not because he's a masochist but because he likes to test his limits.

Overall this is basically my life's work which started as a class project, lol. Please like and subscribe if you would like to see more!!

The moment he said ‘break’ i said “OH NO…” As someone who ran marathons, you never want to stop.
  • @theodorec1882
I've never done a marathon or nothin but I've walked a lot of long distances where the final quarter especially was just hell on earth, and yeah in my experience the only way to actually make it to the end is to convince yourself walking is the only option you have. No slowing and sure as hell no stopping, because the moment you sit down you ain't getting back up. The only thing to do is to just take breaks out of the equation, block off that part of your brain, and resign yourself to one step at a time.

Reminds me of when I did leg exercises for the first time after high school. I went too hard and woke up with legs that woudn't function. At the very least it gave me a decent tricep and shoulder workout just from having to pick myself off the floor so many times.

That’s a bit under 70 steps a minute in case anyone was curious. But that also means walking 24 hours straight. 139 steps a minute assuming you want this done in 12 hours, and 105 steps per minute if you walk every second of the day, with exactly 8 hours of sleep. Just in case anyone thought about trying it.
  • @GippyHappy
I also learned the hard way to never take a break in the middle of your torture when I worked 8 hour shifts as a cashier. The 15 minutes of sitting only made the next 4 hours more painful.

WHY IS THIS SO UNDERRATED ITS SO GOOD?? YOUR ANIMATION/ART IS AMAZING!💞💞💞💞

And this is why I hate when we have to have breaks when hiking. No, I've come to far, I feel good right now. If I stop, everything will crumble and I won't be able to go the rest of the way. 😭
  • @Votterbin
My job is literally just walking for 8 hours with only an hour's worth of breaks and I get around 20k every day, so the fact that Mark got 70k is scary impressive to me
  • @darienminx
This is so amazing! You’re incredible!
  • "When you do something stupid enough, your body decides that it's time for the stupid to go away. And it shuts you down, mid-stupid." Am I the only one who actually wishes that MORE people had the ability to shut down Mid-Stupid??? It's certainly a lot better than going Full-Stupid! 🙃
  • @morisatsuki3659
I did the math and there are only 86,400 seconds in a day, so he needed to do more than 1 step a second for 24 hours.... it's impressive he even made it to 70,000. Also, you deserve way more subs. +1

This is amazing!! I’m surprised you have such a small amount of subscribers considering your talent!
  • happened to me once. went overboard on the knee bends. took a break. my legs stopped working. i could stand if i pulled myself up and kept my legs straight, but whenever i bent my knees hoo boy. it's like the part that keeps you upright stopped working for a time. went to bed. woke up at 2am hungry. decided i'd slowly get to the kitchen, hanging on stuff as i go. got to the kitchen, bent my knees ever so slightly, and I fell. hard. lucky i didnt hit anything on the way down. i laid there for like, 10 minutes. just. defeated. i eventually got back up, cooked my meal, then went back to bed.

Wow! Your animating style is so cute and charming! Brilliantly done!

That's why, when I used to run track, my coach would never let us sit down until the end of practice. We had to stand, even if we were exhausted, so that the lactic acid wouldn't build up in our leg muscles.
  • @lilskipper4683
The one thing they always told me doing cross country was to never lie down after running for so long (or in my case walking) I guess now I know why they said not to do that 😅
  • @Kinvarus1
The "You're stupider than you try to become." line always gets me.
