That's the Beyonce I remember. She learned over time that she couldn't continue to be that open and uncensored. Also, back then, she wasn't very well liked. The media also used to paint her in a negative light, mainly due to the replacement of the OG group members, since that ordeal was blamed on her. She's done a masterful job at transforming her image and getting the type of fanbase she has now.
