I love the purity, clarity, and simplicity of her voice. There's no "forcing" it, as some singers feel is necessary. The classic song she chose is pure and inspirational. I, being 74 years old, saw it as being reminiscent of the female vocalists of the 1960s, like Dusty Springfield and Petula Clark. Very, very beautiful! Well done, Alison! :)

Had the privelege of meeting Alison in Newcastle a few years ago, I was working as a drag act and she did a PA at my place of work. Incredible, and a lovely person.
