By "Americas Enemies" do you mean the people who are opposed to the military or political intervention of a sovereign country for the benefit of American corporations or the Military Industrial Complex? Because, in a nutshell, if you break it down to it's basic components, that is all our foreign policy is. The world hates the average American because of the mayhem caused in our name, mostly by non-elected actors in our global foreign policy. As an individual, I have had friends who were Muslim, that were from north Africa, sub Saharan Africa and the middle east, and some from the west (non-Muslim)with significant Anti-American leanings. It is not on a individual level, it is the evil perpetrated by the elite. The CIA has interfered in 76 democratic elections in as many sovereign countries, either by fixing elections, violent overthrow, or assassination of those democratically elected, since 1950. If you don't believe me, look it up.
