    I wrote out the directions as I watched. Here are my easy to follow written directions. The cup size I used in the recipe: Large glass ( 200 ml ) small glass ( 90 ml ) Necessary materials 2 glasses of warm water (400 ml) 1 glass of warm milk (200 ml) 1 tea glass of vegetable oil (90 ml) 2 Tablespoons of sugar (40 grams) 1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 grams) 1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams) 7 cups of flour (840 grams) To drive between them: Soft butter (200 grams) room temperature Mix, then knead until smooth. Form into a ball. Cover with double layer of saran wrap. Let rest for 45 minutes. Work the dough and turn out onto a flour covered counter. Work into a log. Divide into 18 equal parts. Cut into 9 small logs then divide all down center to make 18. Round each loaf by rolling in your palms. Adding small amount of flour on each to keep from sticking to your hands. Spread each dough ball with some of the softened butter. Flatten a dough ball and lay down butter side up. Flatten another dough ball and place on top of the first with butter side up. Flatten a third dough ball and flip so the butter is facing the other disks of dough, butter side facing down. You will end up with six stacks of three disks each. Wait five minutes. Then begin to flatten each stock out to about two hand-widths around. Then fold it into itself, folding four or five times into the center from the sides and then form that into a ball. Keep folding in until it is in a ball. Tuck the edges into the center and turn over with the smooth side facing up. Prepare each stack in this manner. Sprinkle each with a little flour and spread out, turning over once and spreading until the disk is about two hand-widths wide again, patting it out gently until the desired size is reached. Do this for each of the disks of dough. Preheat a griddle or large skillet to medium heat. Place a disk of dough onto the griddle and cook for about five minutes, flipping to evenly brown on both sides. Remove from the heat when both sides are nicely browned. Serve warm with butter for a delicious breakfast treat. I hope this helps the next person follow this video's directions and enjoy making these wonderful breads.
