Dr. Ammon Hillman earned his MS in Bacteriology and Ph.D. in Classics from the University of Wisconsin Madison, where he specialized in Ancient Greek and Roman medicine and pharmacy. His
first book, The Chemical Muse, was published with St. Martin’s Press immediately after his dissertation committee forced him to delete all references to recreational drugs from his thesis. Dr. Hillman was recently investigated by the Vatican for demon possession and portal opening while teaching as a professor of Classical Languages.

This guy is bloody brilliant,and as a former academic, I understand what he was up against. He’s taken the veil off of an untouched group of important historical texts— come what may. I applaud his courage.

Honestly, I was sus of this guy for a few minutes, but the patience and grace he displayed in humouring the stupid questions quickly made me realise he's probably closer to a saint than a devil. You seemingly missed every profound statement he made and took every opportunity to derail the convo with stupid irrelevant questions. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Holy shit: they guy say Jesus Christ means "being stung in the eyes with a drug" and the interviewer literally says "anyways, lets go back to...", ive never seen anybody less fitting for this interview. dude, ask the interesting questions!

This guy is so interesting. Too bad he can't finish a thought because Danny constantly interrupts him, changes the subject, asks stupid questions, and generally derails the conversation by failing to dig deeper in the right places. It was incredibly frustrating to listen to.
