Today is the longest day of the year! The summer solstice aka Opening day of summer.
In this video i share some of my thoughts, tips, riding experiences and go over some things while commentating on my session.
Another glorious wingfoil session at one of my go to and consistent spots. Monday June 12th 2023. South Texas. Heres a run of the mill session where I perform alot of port and starboard tacks. Both regular and switch foot.

You make it look easy! This is one of the best foiling channels. I’m 9 months beginner but gybes are coming along nicely for me. Definitely agree riding switch is fun and good for the melon. And would also like another board build series!

Hey Lance! Thanks for putting out a great video! Super positive and motivating. I have been working on my wing foiling and getting up switch foot (only taxiing at this point). I'm putting in the time as much as I can, I know I will get there. But I always recall your advice "Gotta put in the reps" and I use that as motivation. Btw, I met Trevor last week in Surfside, who said he met you last week. lol 🤙🤙
