This is by far the biggest 180 I've seen between real life and character performance.

It’s like two different people.. his clearly a great actor. Lol

Barbershop may have been the outright funniest episode to me since the one where Earn got locked up.
  • Woods was my fave episode of the season. It does a really good job of depicting depression and anxiety for black men and how they suffer in silence.

My condolences to your mom. That thought still hurts him. He's a good actor.

That woods episode was insane, felt like most of these episodes could've been a short film.

"Everybody gets a repercussion except our president" I like how he slid that in there,
  • I find it so funny how much the actors don't know before filming. Lakeith said in an interview that he was so confused during the Teddy Perkins episode, haha. Guess all those first-reactions are authentic.

The Woods was a really trippy episode, I remember talking to people about it days after I saw it. Knowing that the crew made it for him, and his grief especially, is heavy. He is a really strong actor to get through that and give such an amazing performance.

B.A.N is my favorite Atlanta episode, i almost died laughing. The "Woods" episode was fantastic, i love how mystical or surreal it was. Can't wait for season 3.

The "Woods" episode is so amazing . The dream sequence in the beginning with his mom humming that song is powerful.

"Hey what kind of IPA you got on tap. You watch game of thrones last night" why ya gotta call my dad out like that?

That barbershop episode is one of my favorites. It was so funny!

Such a talented actor. He has such a deep understanding of the character and becomes him in some way.
