Today is Tuesday and I'm happy I found this video. Kenji's videos are always fun and informative. But hey...Kenji saying "Did you think you'd be spending 10 minutes of your Tuesday watching someone make an egg salad sandwich?..." creeped the sh*t out of me.

You're the perfect modern chef. Not snobby, not overly fancy, not attempting to mystify cooking. You get in there and squish eggs with your bare hands, and drop mad science while you do it. 10/10
